Operation Manager

General information: You will be leading the PGGI operation team. Promote team performance to ensure that safety, integrity, financial and contract requirements are met. Initiate and promote continuous improvement activities in the team. Lead project execution teams, these teams are responsible for multiple product or solution areas and ensure that the project portfolio is delivered on time and provide guidance to the team, focusing on safety, on-time delivery, quality and profit improvement. Responsibilities: Ensure that (with the support of human resources) the area of responsibility is appropriate, well organized, staffed, and skilled, and the guidance directly and indirectly directs, motivates, directs, and develops employee reports within the scope of the human resources policy. Ensure that the operation team has sufficient resources, develop, and equip to meet business needs. Supervise the planning and control process in the operation team for regular review to ensure that the team is working in accordance with the requirements of customers and Hitachi Energy. Required 7 years of experience with leader to Business & Operation in similar industry Good of positive attitude and able to communicate effectively Very good capacity for technical leadership and development Proficient in English language (TOEIC :600)
