General information:

Develop accurate, timely completion of technical bid and proposal documents, ensuring alignment with schedule, quality standards, safety requirements, and cost targets.

Responsibilities:

  • Creating, implementing and reviewing local Sales Support strategies, in line with global strategy.

  • Overseeing the creation of estimations, bids and proposals to ensure alignment with relevant Hitachi Energy procedures and guidelines as well as legal requirements.

  • Ensuring that all competitive offers consider the market situation and customer conditions.

  • Supporting the Sales organization to determine optimal and most cost-effective solutions to meet customer needs.

  • Assigning internal and external resources for technical and commercial support and proposal preparation to maintain high-level technical and commercial support for internal and external customers.

  • Facilitating support to the Sales organizations during technical meetings, product presentations and negotiations with customers and providing technical support and clarification as needed.

  • Analyzing customer needs and competitor offers through market intelligence and insight from Sales teams.

  • Guiding, motivating, coaching and developing the skills, knowledge and competencies of the Sales support team.

Your background:

  • Education: Electrical Engineer

  • Languages: Intermediate English

  • Expertise (Years): 3 years

  • Substation equipment, worked with substation offers (assembly, equipment, construction) EPC of substations Sales (negotiation, strategy)

  • Advanced Excel Knowledge of proposal estimates, tender management, risk analysis, utilities and electrical solutions
