Global Delivery are Hitachi Vantara's customer-facing technical team, working day-to-day with our enterprise clients across all industries. The team delivers to our customers on time and on budget and ensures a profitable business for Hitachi Vantara products, services, and solutions. This team is a highly technical, customer-centric group that works side-by-side with our customers technical teams and are the ambassadors for Hitachi Vantara. What you will be doing
For one of our major clients, we have delivered a large transformation and refresh of the storage estate. This includes, but is not limited to, our enterprise class VSP storage arrays, management software, File and Content solutions.
Working (Hybrid) with the customer in Dublin, being on their site on a weekly basis, you will be supporting the customer team in managing the environment, including change management, installation, configuration of these new best in class solutions. What you bring to the team
- We can only consider individuals with hands on experience of Storage, File and Content infrastructure (Hitachi preferred or Dell, IBM, HP)
- As well as knowledge of storage environments you should have worked with associated technologies like VMware, Veritas, Brocade,
- You are capable of implementing, configuring and documenting Hitachi Vantara technologies or similar technology according to agreed design documentation.
- Experience in a customer facing support role is preferred but not essential, we will consider candidates with exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Configuration, integration and documentation skills of third-party compute and storage solutions.
