Hitachi Rail is looking for an enthusiastic self-motivated External Operation Programs Planner who thrives in a fast-paced environment. The successful candidate is comfortable performing a wide range of tasks from administrative to strategic. The position is based in Naples, Italy.

Accountabilities

To guarantee the issue and the periodic update of the External operation activities planning in compliance with the targets given by the projects

To propose adequate countermeasures in case of deviations fully agreed between the involved functions

Required Skills/Knowledge

Deep experience of External Operations processes

Good knowledge of the main tools (SAP, G-PLM)

Good knowledge of Excel program

Basic knowledge of planning technicalities (Microsoft Project)

Education/Qualifications

High school graduation or equivalent background.
