This includes implementing sales strategies to expand sales with current customer accounts and develop Service solutions tailored at addressing their needs of Asset Condition Monitoring, Testing, consultancy, Retrofits, and Workshop Repairs. Role is heavily focused around Western Australia Industry customers and requires an expansive proactive Sales approach to increase the opportunity pipeline. Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development of Services Sales pipeline and pace growth across the Transformers services portfolio of installation and commissioning, maintenance and repairs.
  • Adopt proactive sales approach with a business development mindset on customer engagement Qualify leads and capture prospective opportunities
  • Effective use of company tools (i.e. SFDC, SAP & ServIS) with consideration to key accounts and Install base review.
  • Prepare quality proposals, support bid commercial review process, ensure compliance with the proper price and margin results in negotiations with customers.
  • Understand customer needs through consulting and expert insights, provides technical assistance on Service solutions to management and customers.
  • Manage customer relationships key accounts across all segments. Understand Market trends and competitive landscape, support actions to protect sales base and penetrate new customer accounts via value-add offerings.

Your background:

  • A Bachelor's/Master's degree in Engineering or similar.
  • 5 years+ proven experience in local and global business environment. Experience in Sales in Transformers, Asset Management, Electrification products, or similar industry.
  • Knowledge of design, operation, diagnostics, and the ageing process of Transformers.
  • Familiar with MRP systems SAP, MS Outlook, MS Office and Sales Force (SFDC) Cost calculation and finance knowledge and commercial aspects of business Proven track record in sales and business development of MM$ value.
  • Commitment to process-thinking, development oriented Excellent written and verbal communication skills, and high attention to detail.
