Description

We are looking for a passionate and experienced Product Manager to join our teams. We seek for a team player with great initiative and get-it-done attitude in Naples.

You will be collaborating with a cross-functional team including engineering, design, data science and publishing to build a compelling product roadmap, facilitate the execution, and ship impactful product features that delight our customers.

Responsibilities

  • You elaborate the vision and roadmap of your product.
  • You work in cross-functional teams, discovering opportunities to improve our digital platform.
  • You communicate with all stakeholders in the appropriate language and abstraction level, engaging in priority negotiations and ensuring the most valuable features find their way in the product backlog.
  • You set up user research, in collaboration with our UX team, to ensure that the right opportunities are discovered
  • You craft solutions based on the opportunities that are found, and test them within the cross-functional team which includes UX designers and frontend engineers
  • You are responsible for the key metrics within your Products, ensuring that analytics are appropriately set up and that the outcomes that your team’s work generates are tracked.
  • You will deep dive into the data generated by your products to bring clarity into the successes and failures of the initiatives within your department
  • You will proactively propose and lead cross-departmental initiatives related to our Objectives and key results (OKRs)

Requirements

Minimum skills:

We seek enthusiastic team players with great initiative and a get-it-done attitude. Candidates must be able to handle a fast paced work environment while juggling several different tasks at the same time. Excellent organizational, communications, and multi-tasking skills are musts.

Minimum required skills and qualifications include:

  • Five years of experience in the development of Digital Products
  • Two years in a similar position
  • Experience with Product Discovery, Cross-functional team setup
  • Data savviness and fluency, capability to comfortably engage in technical discussions with senior data scientists and experienced machine-learning engineers
  • Ability to deep dive into raw datasets to find key information that will enable you to make decisions for your product
  • Strong analytical skills and independent, entrepreneurial approach
  • Strong resilience and leadership traits, able to autonomously execute to success projects with a high degree of uncertainty
  • Solid communication skills in English, both written and verbal are an absolute must.
    Previous experience in scale-up environments
