  • Create and streamline Program Management for entire IT application / IoT Project for manufacturing companies
  • Create Overall Program Plan, and Schedule resource efficiently, and also integrate overall sub projects
  • Review progress and outputs from each project, and provide advice to drive the project
  • Lead or facilitate team collaboration with coordinating with stakeholders including President, VPs and Partner vendors
