The Renewals Analyst is responsible for supporting the renewal business and meeting revenue targets for all annuity renewals within an assigned geography.

What you will be doing:
1. Working with client on identifying the integration requirements to various 3rd party systems
2. Identifying the solutions for the integrations based on HCM. Well versed with HCM Cloud Tables and Data Model.
3. Building mapping sheets for the middleware for source and destination.
4. Developing integrations using REST/Atom feeds and web services.
5. Daily support of integrations by analyzing error logs.
6. Building OTBI/BI Reports, HCM Extracts, fast formulae in HCM for day to day requirements and enhancements.
7. Support on HDL/HSDL data loads.

What you bring to the team:
• EBS daily support on benefit related issues.
• Creation of new reports/modification as per clients requirements.
• Benefits enrolments support.
• Daily testing and analysis of EBS concurrent programs and reports.
• Supporting the integrations to HCM by developing scripts to pull data and load into HCM through HDLs.
• Years of experience: 8 plus years of experience
• Education required: Minimum of Bachelors degree (Engineering, Computer Sciences etc)
• Certifications: NA
