Description

Main responsibilities

  • Establish and maintain a Quality Culture by assuring and controlling Quality with systems, tools and teams to exceed customer expectations while ensuring sustainable operations.
  • Assists in the implementation of effective internal controls to verify that processes will meet customer and stakeholder requirements. Validates that control plans are applied and effective in mitigating known risks;
  • Performs audits and uses Quality data analytics from all parts of the operation to identify risks, failures and non-conformances within the local operations, its suppliers and customers. Assists in the application of appropriate corrective and preventive action and manages solutions
  • Leads work team in the documentation of the processes and the implementation of quality controls to ensure consistent and predictable results;
  • Enable and coaches employees to evaluate risks, problems and solutions from a customer/stakeholder point of view;
  • Provides training in Quality tools and methods to local team enabling them to define, document and manage processes that are efficient and under control;
  • Work within Group Functions and Divisions to apply appropriate methods to prevent mistakes and defects in products and avoid problems when delivering solutions or services to customers, provide confidence that company will meet customer and stakeholder needs/expectations. Drives the utilization of process management across the organization to deliver consistent results, minimizing variation and maximizing efficiencies;

Your background

  • At least  Bachelor degree in Engineering or Technical Field;
  • Previous experience with quality management;
  • Very good command of English language, written and spoken;
  • Very good command of MS Office;
  • Lean Six Sigma Yellow belt certification or higher;
  • Analytical thinking attitude;
  • Out-of-the box attitude for problem solving;
  • Planning, organizing, time management, priority setting;
  • People development and coaching skills;
