Service Contracts and Warranty Administrator

The Opportunity

Due to an internal promotion, we are looking for a Service Contract and Warranty Administrator to join our wider Superstar Administration Team in our head office based in Seaview. This role will see you administer service contract billing and process warranty claims to ensure the process is followed across the country to comply with the company and manufacturers policies and procedures. You will also process all relevant branch work orders and monitor department costs and coding as well as liaise with branches regarding errors or issues affecting the processing of jobs.

To be successful in this role you will need:

• The ability to perform under pressure and to prioritise and multitask in a time-driven environment
• Outstanding attention to detail
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• The ability to multitask
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• A high level of computer literacy with experience in Microsoft Suits
• To be able to work autonomously in a fast paced environment
• Previous experience in a claims, insurance or warranty role is very desirable
