Description

As commissioning engineer/-coordinator (f/m/d) for control and protection system, you are responsible for the commissioning of the complete secondary equipment in switchgears in Germany and abroad. You are developing solutions with customers, internal and external partners and implement them within system projects. You take part in factory acceptance tests and coordinate the commissioning activities on site. You are also responsible for the budgets and schedule of all related tasks. Your responsibilities

  • Creation of commissioning concepts during tenders of control and protection systems

  • Planning, preparing and execution of factory and site acceptance tests together with customer and supplier

  • Coordination of commissioning works incl. take-over of responsibility in relation to budget and time of all commissioning activities on site.

  • Self responsible supervision and management of suppliers and/or partners

  • Active Leading and participating of commissioning activities on sites in Germany and abroad

  • Continues learning and development in all related technologies

Your background

  • Degree in electrical engineering or automation technology

  • Several years of professional experience in commissioning

  • Knowledge of switchgear technology

  • Knowledge of protection and control systems and devices

  • High communication skills that makes it easy for you to discuss technical concepts with customers and suppliers

  • German and English fluently

  • Ready for travel for commissioning works on site
