The Opportunity

An exciting opportunity for a suitably qualified and experienced Team Leader. In this role, your focus will be to manage our busy Equipment team based in Wellington. With some of the coolest equipment on offer and some of the best products on the market, the world is your oyster.

We would like to hear from you if you have the following:

• Significant experience in the Heavy Equipment and Machinery industry
• Demonstrated experience in leading and growing a team
• Extensive knowledge of Heavy Equipment
• Excellent diagnostic ability and analytical thinking to navigate complex issues and deliver high quality outcomes
• Excellent organisational skills and the ability to run a productive and efficient workshop
• Exceptional customer service and communication skills

• An hourly rate from $40.00 - $45.00 per hour, dependent on skills and experience and 5% team leader allowance on top
