General Information:

Hitachi energy is a global leader in technology, and the largest supplier of transformers in the world. We are pioneering the digitalization of transformers, while working on the frontier of renewable energy and ultra-high voltage AC & DC applications. 

Responsibilities:

  • Adjust the stacking apparatus to the core dimensions.
  • Handle laminate pallets.
  • Measure the core stacking unit.
  • Stack laminations up to 1000 mm wide, with periodic adjustments.
  • Press the core, check it, adjust it and do the final pressing.
  • Assemble the core details.
  • Make the vertical setting of the core
  • Install the Asecond on the core.
  • Stack the upper yoke (reactance).
  • Assemble the Flux plates.
  • Manufacturing of the Cooling Ducts.
  • Surfacing of the Core cheeses.
  • + and deburring of the rolled steel.
  • Moving the cores with or without Asecond on the assembly line.
  • Handle materials and note on routing documents.
  • Complete required check sheets and documents.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma and a blueprint reading course
  • Knowledge and skills acquired through previous experience of less than one year
  • Training or apprenticeship period: 1 to 2 years
  • Manual dexterity and accuracy: very high
  • Variety in your tasks: repetitive work
  • Responsibility for materials and equipment when handling
  • Problem solving
  • Consequences of actions: very high consequences
  • Internal and external communication: regular internal communication
  • Attention required to protect the health and safety of others
  • Environmental working conditions: (low, light, medium, high)
  • Physical effort
