Quality Control Supervisor

Description

Person hired for this position will be responsible for supervising and coordinating the whole work of the quality control department. Supervise to maintain the level, upgrade, and improve activities related to quality control. Developing the level knowledge in the Quality Team. Guaranteeing security and order in the workplace subordinating Staff.

Your responsibilities:

• Planning, organizing and supervising the implementation of production tests carried out for internal plant.

• Ensuring preparation and access to instructions and operating procedures within the required cell and ensuring that they are known to all members of the team responsible for the technological processes at individual workplaces.

• Systematic control of documents, forms, specifications used in the production.

• Providing to take corrective actions, preventive measures to improve subordinate area.

• Management of entrusted team in the area of planning and organization of work, the development of professional skills, securing the availability of work tools in accordance with Quality and Safety defined in the plant.

Our requirements:

• Engineering studies background (electrical or mechanical preferred).

• Min. 3 years of experience on managerial position.

• Practical knowledge of quality management systems and environment.

• Very good command of English and Polish.

• MS Office applications is a must.

• Talent for prioritizing and multi-tasking.

• Result oriented, flexible, and able to work in a multicultural team.
