Deploy and support a Quality Culture within local Hitachi Energy, by assuring and controlling Quality with systems, tools, and teams to exceed customer expectations while ensuring sustainable operations. Manages and maintains the Quality Control Plans of the local unit. All aspects managed in line with Hitachi Energy Group/Division/BU guidance. This role is located in Lodi.
Your responsibilities
- Deploy and support a Quality Culture within local Hitachi Energy, by assuring and controlling Quality with systems, tools and teams to exceed customer expectations while ensuring sustainable operations. Support and maintain the Quality Management System of the local unit. All aspects managed in line with Hitachi Energy Group/Division/BU guidance;
- Review existing Quality Control Plan with accountable departments for realizing a Master Quality Control Plan for different product lines;
- Support Sales/Operation/Engineering Departments in analyzing customer requirements and standards during Kick Off meetings and deploy Inspection and Test Plan, Manufacturing Quality Plan and Quality Control Plan;
- Assist in the implementation of effective internal controls to verify that processes will meet customer and stakeholder requirements. Validate that control plans are applied and effective in mitigating known risks;
- Act as Quality landmark for customer during Factory Acceptance Test, collecting all the information to create project-specific Quality Data Dossier to be shared with the Customer.
