What you'll be doing
  • Provide guidance and support to teams or individuals in clarifying goals and actions for achieving them,
  • Facilitate team creativity and enhance efficiency, with a focus on budget management and customer facilitation,
  • Act as a project lead, overseeing detailed design and resource allocation,
  • Manage the scrum process, ensuring smooth coordination within the team and adherence to Agile methodology.
  • Organize and facilitate meetings, demos, and decision-making processes to facilitate customer interactions and ensure budget compliance,
  • Assist in maintaining product backlogs and preparing for upcoming sprints, considering customer needs and budget constraints,
  • Coach and promote Agile practices, fostering effective communication within the team and managing customer-related communications.

What you bring to the team
  • 6+ years of delivery management experience,
  • Expertise in identifying and mitigating project risks,
  • Proficient in agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, XP) and other relevant frameworks,
  • Strong leadership and management skills in a technical setting,
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication abilities,
  • Committed to on-time product delivery and valuing metrics and incremental delivery,
  • Technical proficiency in Java, Spring, Spring Integration, and Hibernate (a plus).
