Description

Your responsibilities

  • Manage Goods Reciеve (GR) Team - Optimise and follow the speed of the processing. Ensure correctness of the movement and the data input in SAP.
  • Manage finished goods warehouse  and packaging  - arrange optimal organization of the finished goods. Follow and optimize packing instruction. Ensure safe, proper and fast packing. Work to improve packaging cost. Aligns the packing operations with the overall finished goods flow and ensures availability of human and packing materials resources
  • Manage External Warehouses - Follow and adapt the process in terms to assure optimal GR and Quality Check of the goods. Create concept and work with the vendors to optimize the service and cost and reduce the waste. Benchmark the current services and assure competivnes.
  • Manage Reusable packaging process .  Collaborate with production units, supply chain and logistics to establish and devellop best possible process for cost reduction through re-usable packaging.
  • Perform analyses of the internal customer demand and execute initiatives to improve the process to best in class level. Maintain and nurture customer and vendor relationships. Benchmark current service providers when needed, analyses and collects commercial data. Secure efficient material movements, storing and marking in area or responsibilities.
  • Team management – Supervise, train and  lead teams (GR, Packiging, Finished Goods, External Warehouse). Strictly follow health and safety rules and create awareness . Measure team operational capacity and performance. Ensures (with HR Manager support) that the area of responsibility  is properly organized, staffed, skilled and directed.

Your background

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in business management, logistics, or another related field;
  • Proven working experience – at least 5 years in a similar role in manufacturing environment;
  • Very good written and spoken English;
  • Excellent analytical, problem solving and organizational skills;
  • Excellent communication skills;
  • Good computer literacy - MS Office and SAP ;
  • Ability to lead and manage staff;
  • Ability to work independently.
