Internship – Project Management Support

Description

Our team takes care of run and build of applications that are used by Supply Chain Management departments of Hitachi Energy. The team consists of Service Managers responsible for selected portfolio of applications, Application Managers and Specialist who are responsible for specific applications, as well as cross-application team members such as Business Analysts and Solution Architects.

Your responsibilities:

• Support of IT SCM Domain Manager and IT Service Managers in administrative tasks
• Gathering and analyzing information
• Support in creating presentations and maintaining documentation
• Taking care of dedicated aspects of the project
• Coordination of various type of daily topics

Your background:

• You are a university student graduating in 2024 or later
• You have advanced English skills, Polish is a strong plus
• You have great communication skills and you can communicate with people of various backgrounds
• You are familiar with MS Office applications environment
• You are learning fast and are able to work in fast changing environment
• You have analytical and critical thinking abilities
• You are proactive and can work independently, when needed
• You are problem solving oriented
• You have basic knowledge of SCM / procurement and logistics processes (strong plus)
