To strengthen the Project Management Domain organization, we are looking for an Application Specialist. This person will be part of the team responsible for implementing new IT services and helping to understand the business needs and to translate them into the IT Service requirements, having significant contribution into the current and future Services delivered to the business.

You will play a key role in strengthening our Global IT team, supporting Project Management Domain. Reporting to the IT Service Manager, you will be part of a team responsible for implementing IT systems, analyzing key data and providing valuable insights to support business decisions regarding IS solutions.


Your Responsibilities:

  • Implement Document and Correspondence Management Systems for a global energy industry customer
  • Own and deliver implementation projects
  • Gather, assess and document  business requirements towards implemented solution
  • Configure implemented solutions according to business requirements
  • Report status of owned implementations to domain management
  • Report issues and system bugs to support organization and application manager
  • Hyper care for newly implemented business units and handover to standard support and operations model
  • Help business throughout entire implementation process, by informing them, ensuring appropriate transpired implementation environment, tracking issues and helping business partners making right decisions
  • Act as Subject Matter Expert (SME) in technical/configuration aspect of a given solution, contributing technical and business process/data expertise to either support ongoing operations or develop new software.
  • Follow applicable implementation process

Your Background:

  • 2+ years of experience in implementing IT business applications
  • Technical writing skills
  • Ability to manage multiple demands on time, working with cross-functional, virtual, and international teams.
  • A collaborative, solutions and customer service-oriented approach and strong communication skills.
  • Willingness and skills to explore and master implemented services on advanced level
  • Ability to organize own day to day tasks
  • Experience in implementing and/or working within Enterprise Content Management/ Document Management Systems would be a great plus (e.g. OpenText Content Server, Documentum, Alfresco, Ineight, PirsWeb etc.)
  • Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite  and o365 components (Excel, Power Point, Teams, Sharepoint)
  • Knowledge of ITIL v4 and Lean Six Sigma frameworks is a plus
