Description
As a QA Intern you will join the Patch Management team in Krakow. Our main responsibility is to check applicability of third-party security updates for Network Manager systems and provide risk mitigation recommendations to Hitachi Energy customers. One of your tasks will be to execute manual test cases on our systems. You will be also involved in some of our administration tasks, such as patch installation and test reports creation.
Your responsibilities
- Support the team in patch installation (WSUS, Oracle, Red Hat).
- Execute manual regression test cases.
- Create test reports.
- Cooperate with other teams (USA/Sweden).
Your background
- You are a university student graduating in 2024 or later.
- You have basic knowledge of testing life cycle and QA practices.
- You have basic programming skills (e.g., bash, python, PowerShell).
- You have basic knowledge of Linux environment.
- Knowledge of C# would be a plus.
