The Opportunity

Exciting opportunities have become available in our National Contact Centre based in Revesby, where we are looking for both full time and part time afternoon shift & weekend Customer Service Representatives to join a collaborative and supportive team. This is a hybrid working opportunity, with the ability to work up to 2 days from home per week.

This role will be best suited for someone who has a high level of attention to detail as you will be entering essential information in an accurate and timely manner. If you have a genuine desire to understand customer needs and build valuable relationships, then we want to hear from you!

There are both full time and part time opportunities available across afternoon shifts and weekends. Availability to work either afternoons or weekends is a must.

Location: Revesby with access to FREE onsite parking

About you

  • Experience working within a high-volume, dynamic, call centre or customer service environment is an advantage but not necessary
  • High level of attention to detail as you will be entering essential information in our systems
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills to direct high-volume inquiries
  • Dealing with others openly and honestly.
  • Maintains professionalism in their appearance, communication, behaviour, and interaction with others.
  • Sound knowledge of earthmoving equipment is an advantage
  • Experience in a parts environment in earthmoving or associated industries
  • Computer literacy in company mainframe and Microsoft office package
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills to direct high-volume enquiries
  • Processing internal/counter sales orders will be advantageous
  • Ability to create purchase orders and raise invoices
  • Helpful and adaptable approach when understanding customer needs with an ability to navigate and solve complex issues
  • Aptitude to navigate multiple systems and databases simultaneously
  • The ability to professionally articulate to internal and external customers
