Product Care Responsible - eMobility (quality background)

Description

The Product Care Responsible – eMobility Charging Solutions – will put in place the proper set up in order to be able to track the status of our products within all our installed based and across all sites in the world.

In all the phases, from purchasing to end of life, you will monitor the modifications and track the implementations in all our products.

Your responsibilities

Mission:

Providing to different stakeholders in the organization, at any time, the picture of our installed base in terms of hardware and software including ongoing modifications.

Main tasks:

• Modification process : optimize the process involving all parties (quality, supplier, sales, engineering, purchasing, R&D…) and drive it;
• Follow up implementation of the validated modifications including the co-lateral actions tracking (e.g. maintenance manuals to be updated, release notes, product/serial number versioning, introduction dates etc…);
• Product Life Cycle tools : revisit & identify the most suitable tool among the already available ones, create the process of updating the data, drive & maintain the process.

Your background

• Bachelor in engineering;
• Good organization skills and interpersonal communication;
• >3 years of experience in a quality department (e.g. quality control) or with a product change management process;
• Knowledge of PLM systems, e.g.  PTC Windchill or similar is considered a plus;
• Fluent English; French /  German are considered a plus.
