The Opportunity

HCMO has an exciting opportunity for a motivated Training Administrator to join the team based in the Parramatta Head Office. This position will see you joining our Training division where your core focus will be to assist in the development and implementation of digital training solutions to support systems training.

Reporting to the Digital Team Leader - your responsibilities will also include:

  • Assist the Business Systems Trainer in maintenance of in-application guidance (WalkMe) topics
  • Test in-application guidance (WalkMe) topics to ensure they are working correctly after upgrades
  • Work towards building in-application guidance (WalkMe) content for new systems
  • Assist with updating user guides (MS Word) where required
  • Assist with general Training administration



About You

  • Ability to understand computer systems
  • An interest in learning our in-application guidance tool (WalkMe)
  • An interest in Training or eLearn design
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel)
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and organisational skills
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Familiarity with MS Dynamics is desirable but not essential
  • Cert IV in Training and Assessing - or an interest in completing the qualification
