Tasks

• Partners with business/customers/ service providers to understand current issues and provide improvements and solutions
• Supporting real estate manager in all functional areas
• Provides project support of special initiatives (IFM contract, interface to business,  IFRS setup, new policies, regulations, portfolio review data, eg.)
• Cost center controlling, incl. support to cost center owners, monitoring cost development, analyzing cost structures, recommending actions to reduce cost and improvements
• Ensure transparent and reliable financial data quality and reporting, following internal guidelines and in accordance with IFRS
• Project controlling responsible for the financial aspect of projects

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Economics, Business Administration or other Finance related field
• First work experience in controlling or significant internship experience in controlling 
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office (specifically Excel)
• Good knowledge of SAP (Modules SD, CO, PS)
• Fluency in written and spoken German and English 
• Italian or Spanish is an advantage
• Structured thinking and flair for numbers
• Team spirit and excellent communication skills
