Opportunity

Hitachi has an exciting opportunity for an experienced and motivated individual to join the team in the position of a part time Administration Assistant / Receptionist.

Reporting to the Admin Manager you will be responsible for:

• Providing quality administrative services to support branch operations in true Hitachi Spirit
• Managing debtors, accounts payable, banking and petty cash control
• Organising and Reporting of general expenditure and variances in budgets
• Interpreting escalated customer queries and understanding needs to ensure Hitachi's promise of Total Customer Satisfaction is successfully delivered in a timely manner
• Ensuring and monitoring compliance in house to WHS Policies and Procedures and organising safety inductions
• Managing use and bookings of office facilities and coordinating meeting schedules for internal and external users
• Greeting customers, answering calls and email enquiries
• Demonstrated MS Office experience, including Word and Excel (experience in MS Dynamics is preferable but not essential)
