JOB OBJECTIVE:As a Vice President Sales for Microsoft Dynamics, your primary responsibility is to lead and manage the sales & marketing team for Microsoft's Dynamics solutions. You will be responsible for ensuring that the sales & marketing team meets or exceeds their sales targets while also maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:• Developing and implementing strategic sales & marketing plans to achieve corporate goals and objectives.
• Conducting market research to identify new business opportunities and potential customers.
• Interacting with customers to build and maintain relationships, understand their needs, and address concerns.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams, presales, JOC, delivery, product development, and customer support to ensure alignment and success.
• Managing budgets and expenses related to sales & marketing operations.
• Able to meet or exceed quota in each Fiscal Year and Sales KPIs.
• Managing and leading the sales & marketing team to meet or exceed sales & marketing targets.
• Monitoring sales & marketing metrics and reporting on sales performance to senior leadership.
• Implement immediate performance improvement measures for low-performers and ensure they are well guided.
QualificationsJOB REQUIREMENTS:To succeed in this role, you should have a strong background in sales leadership and experience selling software solutions. You will also need excellent communication skills, the ability to manage and motivate a team, and a deep understanding of the sales process. 15+ years of experience in a similar senior sales leadership role and quota carrying responsibility, selling enterprise solutions to clients with good track record.
• At least a bachelor's degree holder
• Well versed in the Microsoft Dynamics Market
• Ability to articulate technical information.
• Proven solution envisioning skills
• Account planning and execution leadership skills
• Ability to sell to C-Level and across both IT and business units.
• Ability to position long-term strategic solutions vs. the competition.
• Demonstrated success in large pursuits, negotiations, multi-year engagements and competitor displacements.
• Proven business management consulting skills
• Ability to articulate a clear, concise return on investment value statement.
• Problem solver and ability to work in fast-changing environment and manage ambiguity.
• Locally based candidates are preferred and willing to travel.
