What you'll be doing Job Description
• Independently Maintaining Books of Accounts until finalization including period close activities.
• MIS, Management reports & other adhoc reporting.
• Preparation of Monthly Balance sheet Account Reconciliations & clean-up of open items.
• Preparation of Monthly P&L Variance Analysis.
• Preparation of Monthly Provisions & Prepaid workings.
• Managing Fixed assets Accounting.
• Preparation of Monthly P&L data for cross charge purposes.
• Handling Monthly Revaluation activity in Oracle.
• Handling of Monthly Intercompany reconciliations.
• Preparation of multiple closing JE's as a part of month-close activities.
• Co-ordination with internal teams viz., AP, AR, Legal, tax etc. for various activities.
• Handling all kinds of audits viz, Internal Audit, Statutory Audit, Fixed Assets Audit & SOX Compliance.
• Preparation of Financial Statements including Cash flow statement, Notes to accounts, audit schedules as per IND-AS.
• Knowledge on SEZ Compliances & valuations.
• Handling Consolidation audit of the Group including schedules & Notes.
• Generate critical reporting based on spontaneous requests.
• Assist in Financial activities such as planning, forecasting, budgeting, reporting, and dashboard updates.
What you bring to the team Desired Attributes
• Qualified CA with 3+ years of experience.
• Knowledge of IND-AS & US-GAAP.
• Very good in data analysis and number crunching.
• Experience with Oracle or similar ERP systems.
• Knowledge on Hyperion Reporting Management (HFM).
• Proficiency with Advanced Excel & word is a must.
• Should be a team player, Quick learner and willing to learn & take up new things.
• Ability to multitask, stay organized and prioritize deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication skills and fluency in English, both written and spoken.
