Finance Project Manager (18 months contract)

Meet our Team

Our main goal is to encourage Finance Teams to continuously review their processes and find areas for technical improvements and help them to implement these in processes. We also make sure that once the improvements are created, they are well documented, maintained and stored in a dedicated repository.

What you'll be doing

As Digital Transformation Project Manager you will be responsible for identifying and collecting process improvements ideas. You will manage a team to maintain existing technical Finance Process improvements and creating new ones based on the analysis of current needs.

• Manage the process of identifying and collecting process improvements ideas,
• Manage selected Continuous Improvement projects,
• Promoting and implementing Continuous Improvement culture,
• Managing an inventory of VBA macros,
• Guiding the team to prioritize macros maintenance based on estimated time saving,
• Conducting brainstorming sessions with Teams as a part of Continuous Improvement initiative and gathering requirements for new improvements during dedicated workshops,
• Arranging knowledge sharing sessions,
• Administer SmartPlatform (new features deployments, change management, continuous improvement).

• Finance experience that enables you to analyze issues and propose right solutions improving the process,
• The aptitude to build relationships that enable you to more effectively collaborate with Finance Teams,
• Communication skills that will help you to become a reliable technical consultant who can inspire and motivate the team and is always open to feedback and discussion.
