Description

You as an Environmental Specialist, will be part of Power Grids business and reporting to the  HSE Manager, you are responsible for bringing the necessary support to Transformer business on Fulfillment of HAPG Environmental policies, targets, procedures, instructions, campaigns and other that can be necessary. Additionally in part you will support Health and Safety task tasks.

. Your responsibilities

-You will bring the necessary support to Transformer business to comply with applicable environmental and HSE legislation, regulations, and other requirements.

You will ensure the effective implementation of environmental standards and applicable instructions.

Furthermore, you will follow up and achievement of Environmental targets and propose solutions to progress on them.

Besides that, you will implement and monitor Environmental Improvement Programs and corrective actions (plans).

Your background

University Degree in Environmental Science (required) or similar.

Relevant experience, over 1 years, as Environmental (or HSE) professional.

Experience as Environmental professional on Servicing or Manufacturing activities is a must.

 Relevant experience in Environmental training and campaigns & in HSE management systems

Advanced use of MS Office, mainly Excel, Word, and Power Point.

 Experience in ISO 14001, ISO 50001, ISO 45001 and EU regulation for environment and materials including REACH, ROHS, WEEE.

Understanding and experience with carbon accounting

Experience with environmental reporting & chemical management and compliance.

Good communication skills in English. Other languages will be an advantage.
