Software Test Engineer (in Hanoi, onsite)

Working location: Hoan Kiem District, Hanoi (client site)

What you'll be doing

• Use cases and user stories analysis to define test plans and support the delivery architect with test approach definition; analyze the root cause of the bugs.
• Definition of test cases aligned with user stories; conversion of acceptance criteria into test case expectations.
• Test approach and results documentation; provide the evidence, test report.
• Functional testing and Non-functional testing (UI testing, performance testing, security testing, integration testing...).
• Controlling and supporting UAT of end-users, API Testing.

What you bring to the team

• Bachelor's degree with a major in software development.
• At least 2 years of experience as a QC/Tester or similar role in manual testing, practical experience in automation testing is an advantage.
• Having experience with test methods; good knowledge on software and testing process.
• Have skills in analyzing requirements, defining test strategy, and designing test.
• Logical thinking is required as engineers; good at report writing skills, communication skills, problem solving skills, analytical skills, attention to details.
• Good at English, ability to read & understand the English document, ability to communicate fluently.
• Having experience with databases and SQL is a plus.
