As an experienced manager with strong leadership skills, you set your employees clear goals based on the plant and global product group strategy and motivate them to achieve these goals. To do this, you will continuously develop the skills of your team in accordance with the HR management tools
You establish and manage the organizational structure of the department to ensure that the available resources are used efficiently. You always ensure that the delivery is on time and meets the requirements
You design, implement and maintain an advanced configuration management
