Job Title: Logistics Analyst (In-Country Logistics)

Job Description
  • Work with internal teams & Logistics Service Providers (LSP) to co-ordinate inbound air shipments from Distribution Center to customers, such as local delivery arrangement, customer enquiries and shipment plan.
  • Facilitate daily logistics affairs such as delivery commitment to customers, validating LSPs invoices & I/E declaration as well as RMA & disposal for products & spares.
  • Application of regulatory licenses to facilitate import/export shipment if require.
  • Work with customs broker & internal teams for customs clearance matters, such as Duty & VAT, HS Code & paperwork.
  • Create & maintain SOPs, job manual & database.



Requirements
  • Diploma/ Associate Degree or above
  • 3 years working experience in supply chain/freight forwarding which related to electronic goods
  • Strong interpersonal communication and problem solving skill
  • Possess knowledge of country specific I/E regulations, HS Code, Custom Regulator
  • Proficient in MS Office suite
