Your responsibilities

• Leading the execution of projects and ensuring that all related activities are executed in accordance with company procedures, contract specifications, quality standards, health and safety, environment requirements, cost/profitability targets, and scheduling goals.
• Assisting the HUB Operations manager to follow factory kpi s within HUB APMEA.
• Monitoring and controlling factory operations progress, resource & capex utilization
• Identifying, qualifying, quantifying and managing risk calculation, while ensuring that all opportunities are identified and pursued.
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, acting as a key contact for HUB operations
• Ensuring that the project complies with relevant environmental policies, health and safety guidelines.

Your background

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Mechatronics or Industrial Engineering.
• More than 2 years of experience in d engineering project management and collaboration with other related departments.
• Advanced level of written and spoken English and Turkish.
• Demonstrated experience in project scope, cost, schedules, vendors, and subcontractors management.
• Being able to manage projects and communicate effectively.
• Being committed to excellence, action oriented, decision making and according to situation flexibility.
• Having a spirit of team work and leadership.
• Negotiation and problem solving capability.
• Knowledge of MS Office applications including MS Projects.
• A collaborative, solutions-oriented approach and strong communication.
• No obstacles for traveling.
