  • Define the technical manufacturing process for the creation of products/activities of areas/segments of production line/site (work cycle, equipment, sequences, operations, timings, job orders, etc.) helping to identify new ways of working (for e.g. design of the production list by minimizing the financial commitments for the purchase of materials and reducing the time required to reach billing events) and/or optimizing the existing ones (e.g. automation, reduction in the number of codes in the BOM list), guaranteeing compliance with Company and Group procedures and policies.
  • Support the organization and management of internal (plants, equipment, personnel) and external (partners, suppliers, authorities, customers) resources with a view aimed at constantly improving costs/times/quality.
  • Help verify optimal production capacity utilization by supporting integration with Partner/Contractor programs.
  • Contribute to the verification of the availability and correct allocation of the resources necessary to obtain the assigned objectives and outputs in order to optimize skills/competences within budget constraints (cost center budget).
  • Contribute to formulating the investment/divestment proposal and the assessment of the relative economic return, supporting the implementation of approved investments and maintenance activities.
  • Ensure his own specialist contribution to formulate feedback towards Engineering/Concurrent with respect to the defined design choices.
  • Ensure periodic progress reports on the development of the activities of the orders under its responsibility, in line with the service standards and impact on the achievement of specific assigned objectives, supporting the definition and implementation of recovery actions, solutions to problems that may have consequences on the assigned results.
  • Contribute to internal communication by managing less critical relationships with internal and external customers.

Required Skills/Knowledge

  • Ability to read wiring diagrams
  • Knowledge of technical drawing (electrical and mechanical)
  • Office package (Word, Excel, Access)
  • CAD drawing software
  • Electrical CAD software
  • Basic Database Consultation/Management Operations


Master Degree in Engineering (preferably Electric/Electronic)


Fluent Knowledge of English (written & spoken).
