About The Role


Support the Engineering team to meet their project commitments by following company processes and using project tools, related to Configuration Management and Requirements Management processes and support the planning activity.


  • Support project team and project engineer to comply with Company and Client standards by effective use of Engineering Support Tools

  • Uploading of documentation in Teamcenter

  • Submission of official documents to the customer (STIB)

  • Translation from French into English and vice versa of messages from/to the customer, transmission and follow-up

  • Translation of explanatory notes from English into French on a monthly basis

  • Management of requests for translation of project documentation

  • Transmission of communications to suppliers as requested by Construction/PM Department,

  • Recording all correspondence in Sharepoint (minutes, internal memos, non-conformities, etc.)

  • Updating of reference documents (List of documents, J3B, Cosbaseline)

  • Management and ordering of office supplies (office supplies/consumables)

About The Profile

Required Skills/Knowledge:

  • IT skills (Word, Excel, possibly Team Center or other PDM systems)

  • Document Control

  • Translation

  • Knowledge Management and Tools

  • Configuration Management Process and Tools

  • Excellent analytical ability, detail-oriented

  • Good communication and written skills

  • Time-oriented approach, proactive attitude, ability to work to achieve targets and meet deadlines, work well under pressure

Education: 2 years University School or Equivalent Technical background; engineering background is a plus

Languages: Level of English/French, both technical and fluent, which allows you to evolve easily in our international and multicultural environment

Experience: 2+ years of relevant experience as Engineering support, Technical translator, Document Controller or similar role
