The Opportunity

We have an exciting opportunity available for a Service Advisor in our team based in Revesby; working closely with the service supervisor, this role will see you organising and scheduling all aspects around periodic service works relating to contracted and customer's equipment. Planning work schedules efficiently and effectively to deliver Hitachi's promise of Total Customer Satisfaction. You will be maintaining safety and environmental standards with this role presenting endless opportunities in our business to progress your career

In this role, you will be responsible for:

  • Schedule all periodic services for clients' equipment
  • Communicate with clients to determine their needs and schedule appointments accordingly
  • Assign tasks to technicians and ensure all work order packs are completed
  • Prepare documentation for warranty submission within the set period
  • Collaborate with other team members to optimize scheduling efficiency and customer satisfaction
  • Autonomous productivity - Initiative to prepare and update work orders and timesheets in a timely manner, maintaining documentation and warranty claims with 100% accuracy

About you

  • A customer service background in scheduling or coordinating in similar industry (road transport, earthmoving, material handling or trades personnel)
  • Proficient in Microsoft office suite, data entry accuracy and attention to detail
  • Highly organised in your approach to your work
  • Comfortable working in a small team
  • Outgoing personality who enjoys customer/stakeholder interaction.
  • Demonstrate the ability to handle several tasks simultaneously with problem solving skills

  • Highly organised with excellent communication skills.
  • Intermediate ability to navigate multiple systems and databases simultaneously
