Opportunity:

HCA are currently seeking a talented Administrator / Receptionist who has a genuine interest and passion for a dynamic working career. This will be a permanent full time role based in our Perth (Forrestdale) office.

Acting as an integral part of the Administration and Reception team, the Administrator/ Receptionist is the main point of contact for customer accounts and predominately responsible the day to day maintenance and processing of the accounting system. In this role you will maintain several database records in addition to other administrative and reception tasks. Communicating issues and offering solutions to the Administration Manager.

Reporting to the Admin Manager you will be responsible for:

  • Providing quality administrative services to support branch operations in true Hitachi Spirit
  • Greeting customers, answering calls and email enquiries
  • Maintaining customer payment systems
  • Update and maintain databases and in house systems through timely and accurate data entry
  • Managing use and bookings of office facilities and coordinating meeting schedules for internal and external users
  • Interpreting escalated customer queries and understanding needs to ensure Hitachi's promise of Total Customer Satisfaction is successfully delivered in a timely manner
  • Ensuring and monitoring compliance in house to WHS Policies and Procedures and organising safety inductions
  • Ad-hoc branch administrative duties as requested

To be successful you will need:

  • Availability to work between 7am-5pm Monday-Friday
  • A positive attitude and the ability to take initiative and work as part of a small team
  • A can-do attitude with a passion to finding solutions
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • High attention to detail and level of accuracy
  • Demonstrated MS Office experience, including Word and Excel (Intermediate level)
  • Dynamics 365 experience is preferred but not essential
  • Accounts receivable experience is preferred but not essential
