R&D Engineer

Description

Responsibility:

• You will conduct algorithm development, testing and data analysis for monitoring system.
• You will join the efforts for software development for monitoring system.
• You will conduct or coordinates technical and product analysis, develops solutions based on sound technology practices and business considerations.
• You will maintain awareness of state-of-art technology, market & standard trends, recommends appropriate actions in response.
• You will coordinate with local, regional, and global resources to execute R&D plans.

Requirements:

• A master’s degree majored in Electrical Engineering/Automation.
• Background with data analysis/statistics, algorithm development is preferred (e.g. coding with Python or matlab).
• Familiar with software and hardware in the loop testing process is preferred.
• Interested in testing embedded hardware and software system on HV power equipment.
• Nice to have knowledge on HV equipment.
• Self-motivated, high curiosity and ability to learn about new technologies. 
• Team player with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluent in both oral and written English.
