- Responsibilities
- Analyze and improve the organization's content management systems and processes.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and propose innovative ECM strategies.
- Consult business and functions in existing solutions and support their adoption
- Collaborate with Solution Architect and Service Management team to define new solutions as required
- Lead requirements gathering sessions and provide recommendations for ECM solutions.
- Mentor junior business analysts and stay updated on industry trends.
- Qualifications:
- 10+ years of experience as Business Analyst in Enterprise Content Management, preferably in energy sector
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field (Master's degree preferred).
- Strong understanding of ECM concepts, technologies, and industry standards.
- Expertise in OpenText products, especially Content Suite, Extended ECM and related software
- Proficiency in analyzing complex business processes and translating them into requirements.
- Hands-on experience with ECM tools and platforms
- Excellent communication, analytical and problem-solving skills
