General information

You will be responsible for Marketing and Communication for Hitachi Energy Turkey.

Marketing: Promote complete Products and Services Portfolio in various segments like Industries, Utilities, Renewables, Transport, etc. with content generated globally. Lead generation is the main target for the role. The role needs to plan and implement the marketing (and communications) strategies to drive demand/lead generation (events, launch selected digital campaigns locally, execute customer focused marketing, .) Reporting leads, opportunities in necessary tools like SFDC Complete engagement with customer till leads are qualified by sales teams. You will as well be responsible for content facilitation and orchestration for digital campaign’s local execution.

Communication: The other main responsibility of the role will be internal and external communication. Manages messaging towards customers and as well other external stakeholders in coordination with regional team. Coordinates and executes internal communication for employee engagement. Supports employee branding in local market.

Your background

• Marketing and domain relevant education combined with 5 years' experience in marketing preferably in comparable industry. “Communication” experience will be an asset.
• The role requires full proficiency in English and Turkish with exceptional written and verbal skills.
• Advanced communication, collaboration and stakeholder management skills; Good Project Management skills, highly organized team player, comfortable in a fast-paced global environment.
• Preferable experience of working in a large global corporation.
• Experience in administrating and managing SharePoint (Office365).  Preferrable experience in basic web editing.
