Project Lead Engineer - HVDC

Description

We are looking for a Technical Lead Engineer who will focus on HVDC projects and tenders. The activities associated with project engineering include: discipline engineering and design; planning, risk assessments; coordination of resources.

Your responsibilities:

• Ensure that engineering is developed with complete information and/or that all multidisciplinary information has been included.
• Lead development of new solutions for complex projects and challenges.
• Drive completion of all engineering activities on the project.
• Coordinate engineering discipline across several projects.
• Provide technical support for testing, installation and commissioning activities.
• Prepare complete project documents in area of responsibility and deliver within budget and contract.
• Ensure adherence to safety standards and mitigation of potential risks.
• Create work plans and cost estimates. Review and approve scope, budget and schedule for assignments.

Your background:

• Degree in engineering (preferably electrical engineering);
• >5 years of experience in similar roles;
• Good knowledge of English and Italian (B2-C1).
