Your responsibilities

•        Purchasing materials on behalf of the Business according to required technical specifications, price, delivery schedule and terms. 
•        Initiating purchase orders according to the purchase requisitions and in alignment with standard procedures.
•        Negotiating agreements with main suppliers and periodically renewing price lists, terms and conditions. 
•        Supporting the bid and proposal teams by providing relevant market information. 
•        Overseeing supplier performance (on-time delivery, quality, lead time) and resolving performance issues. 
•        Identifying and qualifying new suppliers in cooperation with Supplier Quality and Engineering specialists. 
•        Aligning supplier orders with customer requirements in terms of content, quality, delivery, sustainability and price.
•        Order Handling to follow up the goods and logistics planning from both overseas and local to delivery to site to maintain project schedule.
•        Coordinate with freight forwarder for customs clearance.

Your background

• Bachelor’s degree of Electrical Engineer/Mechanical Engineer/Materials Engineer or in any field.
• min. 3 years’ Experience in Purchasing / Buyer (both direct and in-direct materials) , Material Control, Procurement Engineer / SCM / Logistics
• Strong Negotiation, and work well under pressure
• Good command of Thai, English communication
• Computer skill in any ERP or SAP. advance-Excel will be advantage.
