As part of the Customer Success Organization (CSO) you will be tasked with leading implementation teams to successfully implement Hitachi Energy’s ETRM software solution. In your role as a Senior Project Manager, you will help ensure customer satisfaction while adhering to project management best practices in a bold, fast-paced, innovative, and value-driven environment. Ability to demonstrate in-depth understanding of the project life cycle for implementing software solutions within the energy market.
You will be responsible for the successful delivery of software implementation projects while ensuring customer satisfaction, manage project budget, including effective project cost and monthly revenue, analysis, and forecast reporting.
You will be responsible for the creation of the implementation project plan, budget, and timeline, facilitate weekly project status meetings and monthly Steering Committee meetings with Hitachi Energy and customer leadership, serve as the customer’s primary point of contact for project status, solution quality, scope control, issue resolution, risks, billing, and personnel management.
You will coordinate and manage project team members from the CSO organization to ensure tasks are completed on time, provide project leadership during the Hitachi Energy implementation and serve as first level of escalation.
You will establish strong customer relationships while ensuring delivery obligations are tracking to the project timeline, budget, and requirements. Communicate and manage project changes through the contractual change control processes.
You will manage and maintain formal documentation to ensure customer requirements are accurately captured, incorporated into the solution design, and validated during User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
You must ensure, track, and provide documented approvals that Hitachi Energy’s solution meets the customer’s business requirements and have been successfully delivered. You will contribute to continuation of building best practices within the CSO organization.
You will provide sales/ presales support through estimation, RFP/RFI responses, and Statements of Work to meet the customer’s business requirements.

Bachelor's degree (Project Management, Business, Finance, Accounting, Management, Engineering, MIS, or a related field).
More than 12 years of project management experience (preferably with more than 5 years focused in the ETRM space).
Project Management Professional (PMP) designation preferred, but not required. Position will require PMP certification to be obtained during tenure.
Significant project management experience with comprehensive understanding of project life cycles, Power and/or Natural Gas Industry knowledge strongly preferred.
Demonstrated experience delivering SaaS solutions a plus. Proven leadership skills with project teams.
Experience with Project Management tools such as MS Project, Salesforce, or other tools.
Excellent organizational, multi-tasking and time management skills.
Demonstrated teamwork and collaboration in a professional setting.
Effective communication (written and verbal), leadership, and interpersonal skills.
