Being part of Brake Business unit engineering team, which is developing different products & technologies related to advance braking systems & automatic parking brakes. The SW Model based implementation engineer who is in charge of defining and developing the control software part of electromechanical brakes and electromechanic parking brakes.


To actively participate to the development of our APB (Automated Parking Brake) products, and ensure its safety conformity

  • Support innovative project development by deploying ISO26262 in the project lifecycle
  • Create the safety plan, safety concept, safety analysis and safety case and participate to Safety V&V activities
  • Identify the safety risks in the project development
  • Support technical analysis for SYS and SW safety conformity.
  • Ensure the communication with customer and internal development team to guarantee the correct application of ISO26262
  • Report regularly to global safety manager the progress/issues all along the development


  • Master degree or equivalent in electronics or embedded SW.
  • A first experience in functional safety or in development of embedded electronic (SW or HW) on a safety critical product for a Tier1.
  • Motivated to develop competences in Functional safety.

Hard skills and languages

  • Basic knowledge of micrcontroller behaviour.
  • Autosar SW architecture
  • Automotive product development for Safety related function (ASIL X)
  • V-Cycle development knowledge
  • Configuration management, requirement management knowledge.
  • ISO26262 norm knowledge
  • Oral/written english.
