As Continuous Improvement Leader you are responsible for leading projects / initiatives to continuously improve our services, processes along the Voice of Customer.

We in Office of the Head of IT (OHIT) are a dynamic team and strive for excellence by actively shaping the transformation of our IT organization.

Your responsibilities

  • Managing the CI Pipeline Run or support strategic improvements projects and delivering process management utilizing L6S and other CI methodologies like PDCA, 8D

  • Identify and tracking costs / benefits associated to improvements

  • Distills large amounts of quantitative and qualitative data into synthesized, actionable insights by using various statistical methods, such as correlations and regressions

  • Training, Coaching and creating relevant material

  • Analyzing data and provide relevant reports and lead improvement initiatives

  • Derive insights and conclusions based on the data

  • Use the knowledge of the concepts of the Customer Value and Voice of the Customer based on the Lean Six Sigma and apply it within assigned responsibility

  • Continuously improve the data collection, measurement, and analysis process

  • Constantly review projects processes and tolls quality and costs to guarantee operational excellence and propose improvements

  • Convey compelling insights to the varying levels within the organization using storytelling techniques and delivering presentations

Your background

  • Technical university degree

  • 7 - 10 years of professional working experience as a Continuous Improvement professional

  • GB Certification or higher

  • Excellent communication and relationship-building capabilities

  • Highly collaborative work style which includes working effectively across all organizational levels

  • Strong command of English, including excellent writing and presentation skills

  • Analytical, evaluative, and problem-solving abilities
