Senior maintenance engineer

Description

Your responsibilities:

• You will plan & Control and follow preventive maintenance schedule to make the machine and equipment reliable.

• You will handle day to day equipment preparation and maintenance tasks.

• You will Perform break down maintenance in a timely manner to ensure no effect on production plan.

• You will ensure all equipment, process and people work safely by systematically monitoring, testing and fixing immediately when found unsafe condition.

• You will record and report all incidents in the plant as well as find new ways of working if possible.

• You will responsibility on Key Machine Spare part inventory and cost control independently solve moderately complex issues with minimal supervision, while escalating more complex issues to appropriate staff.

• You will improve the development of machines to increase production efficiency or fixed problem in production process.

• You will prepare and present weekly reports about maintenance programs, issues and improvement works.

• You will improve and manage documents in Maintenance Section, process monthly maintenance KPI report, analyze and take action to achieve KPIs target and improve Total Preventive Maintenance System and 5S for the plant.

Your background:

• Bachelor degree of Engineering of Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics, Electronics or related field.

• 3 to 5 years of experience in maintenance for assembly productions.

• Experience and understand in machine and equipment maintenance in manufacturing environment,

• Candidates with good knowledge of Digital, TPM, FMEA, statistical analysis will be prioritized.

• Computer Skill MS. Office Excel, Word, power point, AutoCAD 2D.

• Proficient in PLC skill and design electrical circuit.

• Any gender and Willing to work in shopfloor for practical work, repair and maintenance 70%, Document work 30%.       

• Strong in Planning & Control, machine spare parts control and systematics thinking.

• Measurement system analysis skill, mistake proofing skill, Innovation skill

• Problem solving and problem analysis and decision-making skills.

• Details oriented with good analytical skill and good learner.

• Home location nearby Samutprakarn / Bangpoo Industrial Estate

• Able to workday & night shift, overtime on working days and holidays (5 days normal working days).

• Sense of Urgency and strong in Safety mind.

• Good command of written and spoken English along with interpersonal skills.
