We are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Senior Digital Content Specialist who is interested to join our dynamic, high performing Global Public Relations and Content Strategy team. You will be responsible to shape the overall Company digital content on web platforms and social media in close collaboration with various global stakeholders.
Your responsibilities:
You will be the content owner and coordinator of company content across all digital channels (web, social media) and related assets (presentation, leaflet, profile etc.).
You will work closely with content stakeholders to implement our key communications in web and social media (organic and paid) and develop and execute integrated corporate campaigns.
You will create and implement a holistic and impactful social media (organic and paid) and web content strategy for all our online platforms to increase brand awareness and engagement.
You will ensure that the company's core messages are clearly exemplified across channels, bring together the message pieces within the organization (company, marketing, sustainability) and encapsulate them in the overall messaging•
You will be doing the coordination of web content projects to ensure appropriate prioritization, manage content for key company positioning and high-level events pages across the web (About us, Sustainability, Media sections etc.) in coordination with relevant content owners.
You will be responsible to write and maintain company content on the web, social media and ensure alignment with related assets (presentation, leaflet, profile etc.).
You will work closely with the various web editors and social media specialists to provide guidance and support within the organization, coordinator with the regions and countries for the content translation.
You will understand the needs and priorities of internal stakeholder to ensure that key themes and messages are presented effectively and accurately through web and social media content.
You will be providing other content support in the different areas of the business as required, manage stakeholders, and ensure that deadlines and deliverables are met by those involved in the project.
You will ensure executional excellence throughout the area of responsibility for all communications measure in line with brand positioning, corporate identity/design guidelines and global strategy.
You will keep up to date with industry best practices in own area of expertise (web, social media and digital content). You will analyze social media, web metrics, competitive benchmark to identify gaps and implement best practices, inform future campaigns and improve performance.

Your background:
University degree in Communications, Marketing or any similar professional/educational background or experience.
5 to 8 years of experience working in a multinational organization involved in the energy business or in an agency serving energy-related clients.
Experience in managing projects on global basis and working with virtual teams, deep expertise in creating various digital content, writing as a key competency.
Profound skills in Office 365 and other digital tools and platforms (e.g i.e Hootsuite, Social Studio, Meltwater or equivalent).
Knowledge in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign a plus.
Work with an entrepreneurship mindset - flexible, dynamic and gamely takes ownership of deliverables.
Aptitude to take part in the ideation of develop strategic content and new communications tactics and do hands-on work to deliver them to stakeholders. Balance behind the scenes work and stakeholder coordination effectively and aptitude to work in a corporate environment, in a remote work set-up.
Writing in native English language as a key competency and relevant global experience in web and social media (organic, paid) with proven track record and extensive expertise in creating various digital content.
Ability to translate corporate strategic messages to engaging web content and other materials.
Understand business and industry needs and ensure that content is effectively provide through our website as value add in building the reputation of the business.
Native level spoken and written English, other languages are a plus.
