What you'll be doing

As a part of Digital Solutions FP&A team you will work with the business to provide practice/geo financial analysis and reporting to support business requirements. This would also mean to work with business partners and finance groups to develop revenue and cost forecast accurately, measure the achievements and share drivers impacting the variations. Interaction within finance groups such as Controllership, Payroll, Shared Services and others to effectively track the monthly/quarterly financials and correct the anomalies identified during financial review.

What you bring to the team

• Finance business partnering experience in past roles.
• Strong financial acumen.
• Experience in working in ERP (Oracle preferred) planning and reporting tools (Anaplan and BI) etc.,
• MBA/CA/CMA/CPA qualified with 6-9 years of experience.
• Experience in services organization is a plus.
