Responsible for building and providing specific IS Solutions/Services and support activities elaborate on scope and impacting areas. Is responsible for application portfolio, lifecycle and demand management.

Your Responsibilities:

• You will be responsible for building and delivering of specific IS solutions/services as advised. Reviews Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and corresponding service monitoring & controlling metrics to identify rightsizing opportunities. Works with the Team and Architecture & Innovations to take advantage and implement new, disruptive technologies with Architecture and Innovation team.

• You will execute the IS solution/service delivery utilizing the internal IS delivery units and IS operations team members as well as external 3rd party IS service suppliers in a “core and flex model” as advised. Delivers an IS service or support within appropriate domain or subdomain for IS Solutions to relevant customer group ensuring execution of requirements within budgeted costs and time schedule. 

• You will support the installation / management / maintenance / optimization of internal and cross-functional processes related to IS Service Build or IS Service Delivery within the domain.

• You will execute all actions in IS processes according to agreed RACIS specification. 

• You will manages assigned budget effectively and delivers activities within agreed schedules and costs. Participates in the definition of costs and schedules.

• You will provide leadership to temporary work teams, guiding and monitoring task completion, sharing expert knowledge and advice normally without carrying line responsibility. On request trains and educated lower level IS Specialists. Provides planned development opportunities to a centralized pool of IS employees through the implementation of training plans. Provide coaching and completes pre- and post-coaching activities in support of application of training and development.

• You will be building and integrating information systems to meet the company’s needs.

• You will be assessing the systems architecture currently in place and working with technical staff to recommend solutions to improve it.

• You will be resolving technical problems as they arise.

• You will be providing supervision and guidance to development teams.

• You will be continually researching current and emerging technologies and proposing changes where needed.

• You will inform various stakeholders about any problems with the current technical solutions being implemented.

• You will be assessing the business impact that certain technical choices have.

• You will be providing updates to stakeholders on product development processes, costs, and budgets.

Requirements

• At least Bachelor’s Degree in information systems, electrical or mechanical engineering, 

• 8 to 11 years of experience.

• Knowledge of industry-specific factory/manufacturing quality business process

• Technical and functional experience with SAP ECC or S4 HANA  PP / MM Module

• Good understanding of underlying data structure for PP/MM module ie SAP

• Exposure to business processes in manufacturing industry

• Understanding business requirement and translating business requirements to technical requirements

• Strong communication skills

• Exposure to process mining (preferably with Celonis)

• Exposure to data projects

• Experience and ability to work with virtual delivery teams as well as distributed stakeholders.

• Experienced in process mining and process consulting.

• Experience on SAP Process Mining /Celonis.

• Lean six sigma certifications

• High sense of responsibility and commitment.
