Identifying New Sales & Marketing growth opportunities within all business of Reliance Industries, across multiple business units of Hitachi Energy. Relationship management with Reliance Industries across all locations – Jamnagar, Vadodara, Hazira, Dahej, Silvassa and also HO (whenever required). Developing customer relationship across all levels and leveraging the same for getting advance information about project expansions, New Project development, Technology upgrade, service opportunities, digitalization and becoming part of short/medium/long term strategy formation for business with Reliance Industries. Also keeping watch on project progress of various plants and giving inputs about consistency in decision making process of Reliance Industries. All post order coordination required with customer including organizing FAT, Dispatch clearances, Documentation completion for payment process and payment collection. Developing relationship with Sr Management across all plants and developing close relationship with Plant President will be key aspect. In short, the candidate should be competent to handle plant level account management for Reliance Industries.
Aptitude for Business Development, knowledge on Power Systems and understanding application engineering issues, RIL’s philosophy on engineering aspects, is the skillset expected. Understanding problem statement of RIL and mitigating the same throughout Hitachi Energy various businesses and resolution. Candidate should be result oriented for measurable goals in short/ medium/ long term. Candidate would team up with Hitachi Energy Account Manager of RIL Group for coordinated efforts in decision making and strategies.
